Maquoketa Innovate 120 in coordination and collaboration with Maquoketa middle and high school science and STEM teachers invite incoming first through eighth graders in the fall to a summer of fun science-based learning. All new for 2024, four classes will be offered this year at the Innovate 120 campus in downtown Maquoketa.

The camps, as was the case last year, run Monday through Thursday of camp week from 1 – 4 pm each day. On Thursdays at the end of camp, family and friends are invited to an open house to learn about what each student learned. Light refreshments will be served after the program. Camp registration is required, and a $ 25 student participation fee is due the first day of camp. Scholarships are available for those interested.

Snacks are provided to the campers each day along with a collectable, custom designed camp t-shirt. These camps are on a first come, first served basis and space is limited. Go to www.innovate120.org to register.
