The Preston Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary hosted an Easter Celebration at the Preston Fire Station. The two-hour event was packed full of activities, including, Easter themed crafts and games, door prizes, baby animal petting zoo, and refreshments. The Easter Bunny was on hand to visit and hop around with the kids, and to pose for family Easter pictures. and of course, the fire trucks were nearby for the children to examine and ask questions.

Getting a chance to pet a baby goat and ask questions… very attentive listeners.

The Easter Bunny enjoyed playing silly games and tricks with the children at the celebration. The boys seem to be saying- Silly Rabbit! Tricks are for kids!

Everyone was a winner when they received bubble wands along with the official raffle drawing ticket. Several baskets of goodies were available to win, and each child was given a chance to win the basket of their choice. Even though not everyone was able to win a basket, those bubble wands made for a special treat.

Pin the Cottontail on the Rabbit.

Donning Easter Bunny ears made at one of the several crafting tables on hand.

The baby farm animals were popular attractions at the Easter Event held at the Preston Fire Station Building. Easter, Spring and Baby animals are all signs of new growth.
