Jeremy Weispfenning pitched another good ball game allowing four hits while striking out seven. Justin Weispfenning pitched the seventh inning for the save. Defensively Aiden Feddersen had a nice play throwing a running out at the plate in the seventh inning. James Buhlman led the way offensively with a two RBI double, Callan Messerich a hit and stolen base and Isaac Feller with a hit. With the win conference record improves to four wins and two losses. Overall, four wins and six losses.
Game two the offense came alive with ten hits including a base clearing double by Jeremy Weispfenning in a six runs sixth inning, James Buhlman had a double, Callan Messerich two hits, an RBI and stolen base, Aiden Feddersen two hits, two RBIs and James Buhlman came on in relief and pitched a solid two innings for the win. Defensively Wyatt Sullivan had two sparkling plays in the seventh inning to help secure the win. With the win River Hawks record improves to five wins and six losses overall and four wins and two losses in conference. River Hawks move into second place in the standings behind only Bellevue Marquette.
