Our sympathy goes out to the family and friends of Madonna Garien, who passed away on March 17, 2025. She will be greatly missed!
We are introducing a new section called, “Remember When”. We asked the residents this question: “What was your first car?”
James N. said: “I had a 1950 Mercury. It was a “gun barrel grey”. I was still in High School. I had Rich Feltes’s route for the paper route, and I had other jobs to help pay for it. I had ´57 Chevys too! I had a white one, a black one, and a gold one. I still have one display in Texas. It’s a black one with a red interior.”
(We want to thank James N. for sharing his memories of “years past” with us. Hopefully, James’s tales will bring some smiles to your face, as you read this article.)
Thank you again for entrusting us with the care of your loved ones and for your support. It is an honor to serve you. Wishing you and yours, safe travels and a happy life.
