We are introducing a new section called, “You get The Last Word”. We asked the residents to finish the following sentence: “My oldest friend is …”. James N. said: “My oldest friend was Louis Weis. We were neighbors in the North of Bellevue. We did a lot of work together, and we rode motorcycles all over. We made ‘walking canes’ in his garage. Those were the ‘Good Old Days’!”
(We want to thank James N. and family for sharing his memories of “the past” with us. Hopefully, sharing and reminiscing will bring some smiles to your face, as you read this article.)
We send our deepest Sympathy to the Family and friends of Algean Nemmers, who passed away on Thursday. She will be greatly missed!
