Winter activity/meeting was held Friday 2,21,2025 at jump park in Eldridge. Highlights from the meeting were fruit and meat orders and money were due, please turn in asap if not done so. Edgewood order pick up Friday 3,7,2025 fruit order pick up 3,9,2025. The 4-H basketball tournament will be held 4,5,2025 in Andrew. Next meeting will be on March 9 after unloading the fruit at 3:00 o’clock.
March-
Meeting was attended by 22 members, 1 leader, and 11 parents. The meeting was called to order at 2:54 at the Miles Legion pledge of allegiance was given by Ethan, roll call was name your favorite pet. The secretary and treasurer’s reports were given and approved. Old business- fruit and meat sales, 4-H basketball sign up, food pantry sign up, and YQCA training. New business- ditch clean up, and miles lions super 3,17,2025 4:30 to 6:30 pm. The meeting was adjourned at 3:15. The 4-H pledge was said by Presleigh. Presentations were given by Jillian on how to do your own nails, Emmett on how to play 8 ball pool, Hadley talked about her experience at the junior national shorthorn cattle show, and Mekenna taught how to make fruity pebble rice crispy bars.
Next meeting will be April 13th at 1:00 o’clock after ditch clean up.
