Mark Winkler receives congratulations from Lion Darrel along with the September Yard of the Month certificate and yard sign. The Winkler yard on Allen Street has an array of containers grouped in front of the home with vivid impatiens while pots of nicotiana line the side. Marigolds encompass Our Flag as it proudly stands sentinel while wax begonias, petunias, pansies, vinca, and salvia surround a tree. Mark was presented with a $25 local gift certificate in addition to postings on Miles City Facebook, on local cable TV, and newspaper article.
Miles Lions invite October Yard of the Month nominations with collection boxes at Miles Lumber and Hardware and Miles City Hall.
