The Miles Volunteer Fire Department held its Annual Breakfast at the Miles Fire station. They serve hundreds of meals to go and for dine in. The public was very supportive of this annual event and enjoyed what was served. Proceeds assist the department in upgrading equipment and purchasing new items that assist with emergency calls within the community. A raffle was also held at the event. The Miles Park Committe held a bake sale too, with the proceeds going to the Miles splash Pad project.
