Have you ever been snowshoeing? It is an enjoyable winter activity. Enjoy a snowshoe walk along the trails at Prairie Creek Recreation Area on Monday, January 13 at 5:00 PM.
The initial full moon of a calendar year has been nicknamed the Wolf Moon, but some people call it the Ice Moon, or even the Moon after Yule. Regardless of the name, let’s hope for clear skies and let the moon guide us along the trails.
This event is free and open to the public. Snowshoes are provided and advance registration is required. Dress for the weather.
