Both offense and defense shined in win over Vikings Wyatt Sullivan led the offense with two passing touchdowns to Kinnick Ritchie of 30 yards and 35 yards. Wyatt also had a rushing T.D. of 25
yards. Cameron Wilson scored a rushing touchdown on a nice 40-yard run. The offense moved the ball on every possession without punting. On the defensive side again Wyatt led the way with two interception returns for touchdowns.
Fred Klemme also had an interception. The defense also recorded a safety. After leading 40-6 at halftime, we were able to put all 15 players in for playing time. All in all, a nice opening win. Upcoming home games Monday, September 16th at 4:30 p.m. with Springville. Homecoming evening at 5:00 p.m. against Waco before the varsity game. Monday October 7th at 4:30 p.m. against Central City.
