The Easton Valley Athletic Boosters will be sponsoring a Cake Auction on Tuesday January 21, 2025 at a home basketball game at Easton Valley Elementary School in Miles vs. Midland. (Alternative date is Friday, January 24th).
Easton Valley Boosters are asking for your support to help make this year’s auction another success. The Boosters are in need of decorated cakes for the auction. Please deliver your decorated cake to the Easton Valley School in Preston by 4:00 p.m. the day of the auction. If your business is not able to get your cake to the school on that day, we will be picking up cakes at the following two bakeries or a bakery of your choice:

* Sweetheart Bakery — Clinton 563-242-4105
Please feel free to Contact Rhonda Hartung (563-212-3430) and we will pick your cake up and deliver it to School for you. Your financial support will be used 100% to improve and maintain the athletic programs at Easton Valley. Your financial support is also tax deductible. The live auction(s) will be held during halftime of the girl’s varsity game and in between varsity girls and boys’ games. The silent auction will be open for bidding all night, CLOSING AT THE END OF 3rd QUARTER OF THE BOY’S VARSITY GAME.
