Oly’s Car Show Best of Show Winner; Chuck Empen received the one of a kind, custom built Oly’s Car show Trophy as his 1954 International Harvester Truck (IH) was chosen as the favorite by the lone judge. Each year a judge is chosen that has an appreciation for cars and trucks but does not necessarily know about all the makes and models and their innerworkings. The judge is simply asked to look over the vehicles and displays that may be with them a choose a favorite. And with so many cars and trucks on hand, that is no small undertaking. Congratulations, Chuck!
