Preston Growth and Development Raise Funds for the Farmers Market

Recently, the Preston Growth and Development Committee sponsored a golf outing at Preston Valley Golf course north of Preston.  The proceeds from the event will be used to support the newly formed Farmer’s Market that will begin this Saturday at Twogood Park.  The Preston Growth and Development Committee helps to promote the town of Preston and its many assets and organizations.  It also works hard to create new events and to hold fundraisers and write grants to monetarily support the town in its beautification efforts.  The committee also focuses on greater community living and increasing business potential within and near Preston.
