A noisy bucket and Sunday school offering from September through December was collected for the Andover First Responders. The amount was $1,394.63! This has been largest collection to date. Donations were divided between the Andover Fire Department and EMS Service. On Sunday the 12th, during the children’s sermon, parishioners had the honor of presenting them their donation. All involved were so grateful to have them in their community and appreciate their service.

Now through April, the next collection for noisy bucket and Sunday school offerings will be given to Lutheran Disaster Relief. The goal is to send an offering to support rebuilding of the South from recent hurricanes and also the newly developed fires devastating communities in California. Prayers were also given to those struggling in those regions during this difficult time and hope this offering can help them to move forward.
