A celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 25th at the Preston Legion Hall from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Friends and relatives are invited to attend. Frannie passed away December 19, 2024, at Dubuque Specialty Care. Cremation rites have been accorded.
